Stupidest penalty in Super Bowl history
On a 3rd quarter Steelers field goal attempt the Cardinals were flagged for roughing the HOLDER. Not the kicker, the holder! I've never seen this at any level. Any penalty would've been a 1st down, but that was ridiculous. Has anybody seen that before? Know of a stupider penalty in the Super Bowl? I'd like to know.

Yeah I remember this now, I didn't even know you couldn't hit the holder on a field goal. I am looking for the video of this but you cat find it anywhere
that might be the stupidest penalty in super bowl history but the stupidest play in super bowl history is when that fat guy on the cowboys celebrates a touchdown early and then ends up having th4e ball striped on the 1 yard line. This may have not even been the super bowl but either way that fat dude was retarded
