Forgive me for the delayed response, I've been sick as a dog lately. Anyways, I think your site looks great. Very interesting concept too.
Did you promise the bars more customers for these discounts???
I think it looks great and seems user friendly. Two quick things; I would slow down the graphics on the main page. I get that they explain the site and say the same thing it's just a little to fast.
Secondly, this is a question actually. Do you not have the rules on the main page because you want to people to join?
